For the past several years, neckband headphones have become a popular pick for people who prefer having their headphones hanging around their neck for convenience. And Mpow Jaws has done a great job with its line.

If you owned an Mpow Jaws Bluetooth headphone and are struggling to pair it with another device via Bluetooth, we’ve got you covered.

The good news is that all Mpow Jaws headphones can be paired using the same process, so this article is your go-to guide.

How to Turn on Bluetooth Pairing Mode

  1. Ensure your headphones and bluetooth device are within 3 feet of each other
  2. With the headphones turned off, press and hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds until the LED begins flashing red and blue
  3. The next step is to find your headphones on your cellphone or computer device.

For Android:

  • Go to settings and then tap Connections
  • In Connections window, press Bluetooth
  • Under ‘Available devices’, when your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth device appears, tap on it and then your Android device will be connected to your headphones

For IPhone:

  • Tap Settings and then press Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth.
  • Search for your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth Headphones listed under “OTHER DEVICES” and then press on it to connect

MacOS:

  • On your Mac, tap Apple menu > System Preferences
  • Click on Bluetooth
  • Select your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth Headphones from the list
  • Click Connect
  • If asked, tap Accept

Windows 10:

  • Search for “Bluetooth” in your Windows search box
  • Once the Bluetooth & other devices window pops up, ensure Bluetooth is “on”
  • Tap “Add Bluetooth or other device” and then select your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth Headphones from the list

Once you have successfully paired your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth Headphones to your phone or laptop, the LED on your headphones will stop flashing.

If you have followed the steps listed above and you’re still facing difficulty in pairing your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth headphones, get rid of any existing paired devices and re-pair your headphones.

To re-pair, depending on the model of your Mpow Jaws Bluetooth headphones, you will either have to hold the Multifunction button until a blue light flashes 3 times or by holding the Multifunction button simultaneously with the + Volume button for 4 seconds.

Once your headphones are connected you will realize that the exceptional sound quality and the comfort of the Mpow Jaws Bluetooth headphones are unmatched.
